Our standard cleaning includes dusting and washing all accessible surfaces, cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances and cabinets, basic bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping all floors. At CLEANING WITH LOVE, we provide all our cleaning supplies at no additional cost.

Moping all hardwood or tile floors

Bathrooms

Cleaning the bathtub and shower stall
Cleaning the hand basin/sink
Polishing the faucets
Cleaning inside, outside, and behind the toilet
Restocking the toilet paper, soap (only if the client requests it)
Cleaning/Dusting of light fixtures, shelves, cabinet fronts
Sanitizing/Disinfecting light switches, doorknobs
Changing the trash bags

Vacuuming rugs
Moping all hardwood or tile floors

Kitchen

If the dishwasher is empty, start a new load
Hand wash special kitchen implements (at the request of the client)
Put away dishes
Cleaning the inside of the microwave
Cleaning the stovetop
Cleaning the backsplash, countertops, cabinet doors
Cleaning the sink, garbage disposal, and faucets
Cleaning/Polishing appliances (stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher)
Sanitizing/Disinfecting of phones, light switches, doorknobs
Changing the garbage and recycling bags
Vacuuming rugs
Moping all hardwood or tile floors

Living room / Dining room / Hallways / Office

General cleaning/dusting
Cleaning/Dusting of tables, shelves, picture frames, and windows

Out of Scope List

To ensure reasonable, respectful, and safe working conditions when booking our service, you accept our Out of Scope list:

Barns
Dead animals
Curtains or cotton window coverings
Cobwebs or dusting above 10 foot ceiling
Tile grout (shower grout is cleaned, though discoloring of silicone is permanent)
Fireplace

High hanging fans, lights over 8 ft or large chandeliers
Mold and mildew (please call us for a referral to a specialist)
Outside windows (except patio sliding doors)
Soot or fire damage
Drugs
Balcony awning washing/moss removal
Severely aged or moldy window tracks

Bathtubs/sinks full of water (for health purposes, please drain water before we come)
Excrement (only droppings inside a cat litter box will be picked up)
Flood Damage

Large blood spills
