Our specialized moving services include everything in our Regular Cleaning service, but with additional focus on the areas needed to get your space just the way you want it. Our team of Cleaning Angels will clean and sanitize from top to bottom, resulting in a warm, stress-free welcome to your new home.

All of our standard cleanings include dusting and washing all accessible surfaces, cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances and cabinets, basic cleaning of bathrooms, and vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping of all hardwood and tile floors, sanitizing all areas of the house. We adapt to your specific needs!

This service has an additional cost since it requires more time to be able to take care of every detail.

The MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING does NOT include

Baseboard cleaning
Interior wall cleaning
Interior window cleaning

Out of Scope List

To ensure reasonable, respectful, and safe working conditions when booking our service, you accept our Out of Scope list:

Barns
Dead animals
Curtains or cotton window coverings
Cobwebs or dusting above 10 foot ceiling
Tile grout (shower grout is cleaned, though discoloring of silicone is permanent)
Fireplace

High hanging fans, lights over 8 ft or large chandeliers
Mold and mildew (please call us for a referral to a specialist)
Outside windows (except patio sliding doors)
Soot or fire damage
Drugs
Balcony awning washing/moss removal
Severely aged or moldy window tracks

Bathtubs/sinks full of water (for health purposes, please drain water before we come)
Excrement (only droppings inside a cat litter box will be picked up)
Flood Damage
Firearms
Large blood spills
Organize, sort, or shred papers and documents
